Dimitri Kneppers started playing records at seventeen and has not really stopped since — close to forty years of it. In 1988 he took the residency at the RoXY in Amsterdam, which at that moment was the room where Dutch club culture was being decided.

What people remember is the sensitivity: a mix that listens as much as it plays. He is on Metrohm as an artist and, on Sonic Monks, alongside Clarence Brandon.
